Artwork Guidelines

Please send all artwork in PC format. If you are a Mac user, simply convert the artwork to EPS format ensuring that fonts are converted to outlines or curves.
We accept the following types of files - EPS, JPG (or JPEG), PDF, PSD, TIF, DOC (MS WORD), Power Point, Excel, and PUB. Please make sure all graphics are high quality (300 dpi or better). Web graphics tend to not work well so we ask that you do not send them.
We have an extensive library of clipart and custom clipart images. If this is what you need, let us know what you are looking for and chances are we have it in stock ready to be printed.
We offer custom artwork as well, please give us a call for quotes on custom artwork, we will be happy to discuss this and answer any questions you may have.

Policies

Samples are at client cost
50% down and 50% upon delivery of product.
Artwork - First 1/2 hour is free, after that the rate is $50 per hour.
Screen Charges - $25 per hour
Embroidery Charges - Quote upon request.
Custom Embroidery Charges - Quote upon request.

Artwork

As you know, good quality artwork is essential in producing your order correctly and in a timely fashion. In order to ensure that you receive your order to your specifications, we ask all clients to provide us with quality artwork and specific imprinting colors. If you do not have your own artwork, no problem, we have an art department that can create your art in the correct format for you. Please see above for custom artwork prices.
